I am not surprised at all that the "refs" didn't even look at it.

What else is the safety supposed to do in that situation? Let a diving WR make the catch?
Helmet to helmet on a defenseless player

He led with his head
I don't like the rule but that was 100% targeting...and an easy one to call.
This wasn't close

Out of all people, I thought you were better than this.

The inevitable, flip the game upset-thwarting turnover td. Good job, going away from the unstoppable run Rutgers.

There isn't any rational explanation
I've seen 1/10 of that be targeting WITHOUT the injury

Of all the ridiculous ticky tack calls that were called targeting, that one seemed like the most obvious to me based on how the rule is written
he lowered, launched up at the head on a player who was clearly defenseless…and it’s not even looked at?
which criteria didn’t that hit meet?

This dude giving an explanation on that targeting hit is a gaslighting cocksucker.

Ohio State fans have spent all offseason bitching about a borderline targeting call and can’t even acknowledge a blatant no call that goes in their favor.

AND he suffered a head/neck injury from it

It's the Big 10's golden goose, man. Not sure why you're surprised.
