They called forward progress which stops the play.
You can’t progress the ball forward after the play is ruled dead.
Player who picked the ball up had his knee on the ground.

Like they always just end up carrying the water of “well you know I see it as x but theres reason to think y” This was an angry and annoyed there is no reason that they should be doing this and essentially the big 12 is a joke.
