This is the worst job the committee has ever done.
Bama had 2 losses (one very bad) and should have needed to win yesterday to get in over ND, BYU and Miami.
OSU at 2 is stupid.
Ole Miss above TAMU dumb also.
Also.. OU/Bama and OM/Tulane rematches. Terrible.

Whoa, why does 1 team have one less rest day after the quarter final games??
The other 3 teams get a full week.
Based on what ESPN has, OSt plays the 31st and UGA plays the 1st, but they play the next game on the 8th. The others playing on New Years play their next game on the 9th.

I like having G5 in. It gives national rooting interest for the fans of teams who didn't make the playoffs. But there shouldn't be 2 G5 teams in. They need to modify the rule so that a team like Miami who gets in without winning the ACC still counts as one of the 5 highest ranked "conference champions." Change it to be 5 highest ranked teams from different conferences or whatever

When you are podding teams together, they aren't going to use head-to-head unless all teams played each other.

This guy is such a joke. You can't say BYU needed to get dropped bc they got their asses beat in the Big 12 title game but then keep Alabama at #9 after they also got their asses kicked in the SEC title game.
