the public numbers are rarely ever 50/50.
vegas is in the business of maximizing profits. its always gambling (obviously) but if they think they have the edge...they take it.
there are several factors which influence the line and apparently RLM has never entered your vocabulary.
however, to claim the goal of vegas is to strictly balance the money and collect the juice is nothing more than a retarded internet meme which needs to go away.
