Can’t stand it that the National media just pisses on BK and LSU

In the northeastern/national sports media meta narrative, LSU has always been this sort of joke program with wacky lovable idiot coaches, while ND is this bastion of all that is pure in college football. Frickin Rudy, Gnute Rockney bullshite. And when BK left ND - first coach ever to do it - and went to LSU, they all took it personally. Like he was disrespecting not just Notre Dame, but THEIR narrative of the way college football is, and always will be. These people HATE BK and will ALWAYS be rooting for him to fail.
I think that BK is feeling the heat from the media honesty. He needs to embrace his role now as college football’s villain and makes LSU into a program that is feared. Only thing that will shut them all up is domination
Absolutely true! I was listening to my sirrusXM this morning and on 3/5 sport stations they were all bashing Brian Kelly. One station said HE got what he deserved for imitating a southerner by saying Fam-I-ly!
The other said LSU got both kicks blocked up the middle ! Just goes to show they didn’t even watch the damn game! Couldn’t stand it! I’m so over the National Media and their sh&t !

Yeah, which pisses me off as an LSU fan. Even when we went 15-0 it felt like the national media gave us a sticker and and pat on the head. But BK needs to put up or shut up. Last night was horrible

They have just always had an image problem with players always getting in trouble and everything. Brian Kelly was or is I should say looked as that first not wacky HC, but as a disciplinarian HC that will turn the program around. But there's a reason why LSU is called NFLSU!
