Can the Astros play better than .300 baseball the rest of the way?

I think its a longshot. This team may end up losing the most games ever after the all star break. Lunhow needs to replace the American flag in centerfield wiht a giant White one.

No one on that team can hit so they are always playing from behind. .241 team BA tied for second worst in NL with Miami.

Not if they keep the 0.205 pace on the road.

I really don't care how we finish the rest of this season...

All I care about is getting some much needed help for the bullpen, and getting some young guys up to the bigs for some experience in August & September.

I am an Astros fan but I really hope they finish with single digit wins on the road and blow away the MLB record.

This would have been really nice in 2009 and 2010

Uh, no. The previous owner would've shite his pants if he had to sign a 1-1 pick, not to mention two years in a row. Those would've been wasted picks. Just like his drafts from 2006 - 2010.

When's the last time Astros won series against an NL team on the road?

Almost exactly a year ago.

July 17-19, 2011. 2-1 series win over the Dodgers.

They also went 2-2 versus the Cardinals in late July and San Francisco in late August of last season.

well the Stros have only played the Mets thrice and won all three so they'll sweep them again at least
