It was puzzling when he was initially hired and even more puzzling now

They apparently like him going 11-2 or something at South Florida.

They kind ignored the fact that his programs all look like shite the first 2-3 years he is there.

I always thought it was strange he was only at Oregon one season.

And Oregon saw a three win improvement in that season. They went 4-8 in 2016.

the school isn't paying for his salary. FSU is just transferring money from the fans to the head coach.

I’d probably pick Rutgers to beat Florida State right now. And they just finished getting assrammed by fricking Kansas.

So it's a bad thing he has tooken over crap programs and made them decent?

It can say a few things.

One is the state of the programs he takes over.

Another is “He can’t win with other coaches’ players.”

This would probably be less pronounced if he didn’t job hop every 3 years or less. It just becomes very obvious that his record in the first year of every program he takes over completely bottoms out.
