Cam Newton seems more like a game manager than a playmaker

Which is weird because of his athleticism, but he just seems to be one of the pieces amongst a lot of other pieces, most notably the offensive line.

Which is weird considering that we insist on Athletic Qb's staying in the pocket like unathletic ones.
He's got to stand in the pocket until the last minute & make the pass or ' make something happen'.
That's the dilemma for athletic qb's.
