Having had my car towed multiple times by Riverside, which at that time in my life pretty much meant eating Ramen and hitting up church pasta nights, I never once felt the need to direct my anger at some poor lowly employee who was getting paid some small hourly wage.

I never said that getting towed is everyone's flip out and start verbally degrading people in your path trigger. I do think that everyone has it in them though.

She fits the bill of a classic narcissist. I only know of one woman personally that was known to have been diagnosed with narcissism. Very beautiful, smart, and nice, if you did for her what she wanted. When you didn't, she spewed the same type of rage that McHenry demonstrated on that video.
Maybe everyone has it in them but most have to hit rock bottom to reveal it. Narcissists turn it on like a light switch whenever others fail to align to their will.
