In that same time frame, Tennessee, Florida, LSU, auburn and Alabama have all won at least one. All but Tennessee have been to multiple title games.

Why wouldn't you count Michigan's?
They were #1 in the AP Poll heading into the bowls and won the Rose Bowl. They were the ones that got screwed and should've been undisputed but Tom Osborne's collegues must've owed him something fierce...because his bros gave him a share in 1994 because he cried that he was going to retire without a championship. And then he comes back in 1995 and 1996 and 1997.
Never understood why people love the Coaches Poll - a poll by people who don't watch a single game but their opponent the next week. But it was part of the BCS...yeah, because the BCS knew it would just be a rubber-stamp with no thought or conscience. Once the AP pulled out, that's what made the BCS a joke...the coaches were forced to vote #1 the BCS committees champion...what kind of vote is that?

I'm torn between rooting for no season to watch the world burn or for OSU to win some garbage six game conference championship and playoff for the national melts.
I hate Peyton and Tenn for laying down like dogs against Nebraska so that championship was split.
