With a Reagan Tokes, it could be even longer (min 2-8, max 3.5-12 - Max is 150% of the min). This is an F2 in Ohio, which carries a MANDATORY sentence. He could get a Reagan Tokes sentence of 8-12 years in prison. There is not much parole time either in Ohio.
