Watching the actual highlights and the Griffin fall from different angles, it looks like dude definitely pulls him down. No doubt there was some flop in it, but the gif makes him look more dramatic than I think it actually was.

the thing is, he is so well known for being a flopper that I don't even feel bad if it was a hard foul. IMO, there's no doubt he overdramatized it, and that led to him falling on his head. his fault.
no matter what, it's a great foul, even if the dude gets suspended for a game. more teams need to teach him that he can't just go into the lane that easy
