I don't need some super serious Romo-esque dickwad to break down every play fifteen ways to Sunday like John Madden with Asperger's. I can see the game just fine on my 75 inch Samsung, thank you. If Bill Walton wants to tell me about the time in 73 he was tripping balls at a Dead show and fricked a unicorn in the mud, I'm interested. I couldn't stand him when I was a teenager. Then I became an adult and realized how great he is. He can be annoying no doubt.

i am a fan, but tuned in for a second to the USC game and it was unbearable. He was trying way too hard and talking non stop.

i miss the days of he, Marv and Snapper Steve on the NBC NBA broadcasts ... when he would blast Ostertag and call him terrible.
