What was going on in 1961 is not the same as 2020. It's like comparing apples to shrimp. Athletes these days are complete morons who preach before facts come out.

Except in 1961 there were actual laws on the books that were discriminatory. There are no laws on the books that explicitly state black Americans are not equal today. None.
