Minnesota Vikings of the late 60s- and 70s. Lost 4 super bowls. Good teams in the 80s-90s. Then 15-1 in 98 to lose to Atlanta in NFC champ game. Thank god for the overachieving Twins.
Giving Bills a run for their money, as the Vikings have more overall playoff appearances. Technically the Bills were AFL champs in 64-65, but would have been run over by a team like the Browns. (Paul Browns browns, who were NFL champs in 64)
