I don't know he was pretty freaking bad prior to injury this year and really not that great coming off injury in 2022. So I am assuming we are just making this assumption off of 2023 alone?
Also Tucker is the best player in baseball and its criminal how the season he is having is going so far under the radar.

Great choice. But if I knew he could stay healthy, I’d take Bryce Harper over everyone.

Hope I am wrong, but I think he is done. You have already seen the best of him. Last season was an outlier, IMO

2018: ROY
2019: All Star
2020: COVID
2021: All Star; Injury Shortened
2022: Injury Shortened; All Star
2023: MVP
2024: Injury
I'm not going to pretend two major injuries in 3-4 years won't have an impact. And I think a historic 2023 record setting MVP year could rightfully be the high water mark even of a long, success filled HOF career. But calling it an outlier seems pretty weird, considering the overall success/trajectory.

wrong. he's not the favorite to win the national league mvp.
Betts is around even money. Ohtani is 5-1.

29-game OB streak. This is historic play we’re seeing from the best player in MLB, by far.
