I read that Chuck article today and it got me feeling down that we’re coming to the end of this show in the next couple of years. It’s not hyperbole saying that they changed the landscape of sports television across all networks. Just look at these other pregame show attempting to be spontaneously funny and falling flat on their faces. Inside does it with no effort and continue to somehow reinvent themselves. No one will ever come close to these 4

The Juicy Smoothie (to borrow from Dave) joke Chuck made was the hardest I had laughed in a long time. Such a good blast from the past scrolling through those.

The churros about made me cry I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time

The Shaq/Chuck reaction to the Clippers/Rockets locker room incident is 5 of the best minutes of television ever made.

How would you drinks Shaq's soda and eat churros all at once?
Gets me every damn time.
Gets me every damn time.

This is 100% because of Barkley.

It’s one of the greatest shows ever put on television. Two guys(shaq and Barkley) who tell it like it is.

Why you never buy your girl a watch? Because there is a clock on the stove....

It really is.. And this is what I don't understand. Their ratings are much higher than ESPN's NBA show.. which does the complete opposite of Inside the NBA... Because ESPN is all "woke"..
The show that isn't "woke" and allows their personalities to be themselves has a much higher rating than the show that is "woke" and sticks to an agenda.

That's why we don't have a teethbrush. All the women in Tuscaloosa have one tooth so we have the toothbrush. Gotta love Chuck.

I love this show so much

The show is closer to the end than the beginning but I don’t think any of those guys are retiring within the next 5 years. They have a ton of off time, get paid millions to sit and talk ball. And they have the Tuesday crew that takes some load off.
They ain’t going anywhere at least for the next 5 or so years. Maybe when Chuck is like 65 or something. I know Chuck said on the show he was going to retire at 60 but I very much doubt it. They’ll throw more money at him to stay. They know once one guy goes the dynamic will go downhill and then EJ will leave then Kenny and then they’re fricked.
