Oh, Bengals Best of luck to you Joe

quote:

In-depth discussion here with @robertmays & @Nate_Tice regarding the bevy of concerns #Bengals offense faces entering the season.

CIN starts out with 3 loaded defensive front 7s in the first 3 weeks: MIN, CHI, PIT

quote:

Second-round OL Jackson Carman reported to camp out of shape & didn’t win a starting job. So #Bengals will be running out journeyman types Quinton Spain & Xavier Su’a-Filo at guard.

quote:

Via #Bengals beat reporter @pauldehnerjr:

“I see a good reason to wonder how dynamic and reliable the Bengals can expect (Ja’Marr) Chase to be, specifically early in the season.”

Chase struggled with separation and drops in camp and preseason games.

Wasn't it already known that he was lazy when they drafted him?

The olinemen is fricking awful news, but I'll trust the footage of Chase burning 1st round dbs over 2 bad preseason games

Yeah because dusting corners in practice is more important than catching the ball in game action.

Sooooo Vikings / Bucs teaser?

Guess I’d have to worry about the great Kurt Cousins winding up suspended would rather it be a game time play

Hopefully Chase doesn't have the yips because once it starts it can end everything

I wouldn’t call Chase lazy just because he quit on LSU.

He definitely underacheived at Clemson after being a ballyhooed 5 star cant miss prospect that left Ohio for the South.

Yeah, getting NPF instead of Carman is working out great for Ohio State.

Are there any former LSU players in the NFL that you don’t shite on?

Practice?

Chase vs 3 first round corners:

AJ Terrelle-CLEM 9/221/2
Trevon Diggs-ALA 6/140/1
CJ Henderson-FLA- 7/127/2

I haven't heard anything about separation. Hell, he was thrown at during like 50% of his routes right?

It’s the Bengals. You tell me.

Passing in Sewell should tell you all you need to know.

Burrow will help Chase look good, natural chemistry between the two and Burrow throws dimes.

Sewell has looked pretty rough so far. He appears to have balance issues against good competition.

Is it uncommon for a 2nd round OL to not be a day 1 starter?

Can't throw dimes if you are running for your life or laying on your back.
