In defense of Belichick, Brady was there for a 19 year slice of the prime of his career. Outside of the Brady years he is essentially young and old as a HFC. It would be interesting to see how those Patriots teams would have fared without Brady 20 years ago.

That said, Belichick is probably a better chalkboard wizard, but I would take Parcells as a leader and GM.

Parcells is also the guy that made that clown Jeff Ireland the GM while Fat Bill showed up for team activities at his leisure. Parcells did more harm than good in Miami.
