Columbus got an even easier path in this than they do playing in the B10.

Like I said since I grew up and went to college there it’s hard for me to rank.

I’ve been the Greenville, NC as well. IMO I would say it wins that match up but gets blown out by Athens who should win the whole bracket

Also, my dark horse would be Burlington, VT coming out as a 13 seed. That place is a ton of fun

Maybe biased, but no San Diego on a best bar town list? But Pullman and Minneapolis are in? Neither are good bar towns.

This feels like mostly “towns with a P5 school” bracket

Not a perfect 32-32 split, but just glancing over the list it looks like more than 20 non-P5 towns listed.

B. Baton Rouge/Louisiana people love to bash Baton Rouge for some reason, almost any person I have talked to that has been there as an away fan said they had an absolutely great time and ranks it among the top trips they’ve made as a fan.

Yes, but not because of the bar scene. All my Knoxville friends that went last year raved about the tailgating, the atmosphere, the food, and the hospitality.

That said, Knoxville as a 3 seed is also on the high side I think.

Clearly a "college town" based list. No New Orleans or Las Vegas either.

Baton Rouge Bars SUCK. I know a few bar owners, they know they have cash cows and that they don't need to improve to get customers.

I’m triggered that they included College Park but not Charlottesville.

Based on their quadrant, I'd have State College a 2 seed behind Morgantown.

Chico is famously, historically overrated.

Playboy kept naming it the Best Party school in the country year after year.

Its a Cow town, cow College with Walnut groves and dive bars.

Yeah, its known for how much the students drink because there isn't shite to do. Its like a hot dusty miserable Antarctica.

COMO being a 14 seed is hilariously awful. Its a top 15 college town.

That was my reaction as well. That town is really small and not a ton of bars or "scene". Very random.
