Let’s pump the brakes on calling them two bums.

While I agree with this statement, that just shows you how good Griffey was.

Barry Bonds, 1996-

"I'm a better left fielder. We hit the same amount of home runs; the averages are about the same. He's a better center fielder; I'm a better left fielder. I outrun him.
That's about all I do more than Ken Griffey, Jr."

rather it’s an issue of giving sports writers- a bunch of nerds with history complexes- the power to determine who gets in and who doesn’t.

Well, it's their Hall. Feel free to start one of your own if you'd like.

Baseball HOF voters are weird as frick.

I get The argument but the shrine is about the history of baseball.

Who knows what they’d be writing about now of Sosa and McGuire and all the rounded out players didn’t pump the gas in the 90s.

He was a great player but not of all time. There are others in that mix - Will Clark comes to mind. The sweetest swing in baseball.

I think we have outed Barry. If you didn't juice you might be in. Pretty simple Barry.

Are you saying that Will Clark was a better baseball player than Barry Bonds?
