Ian is going to have to be on point early on Saturday. If he gives up 3 or 4 early runs, that familiar feeling will definitely start creeping back into the players, coaches, and fans.

A lot of these bullpen guys add pitches once they get to the bigs. Matzek wasn’t throwing a slider until 2 years ago. Jansen added 2 pitches last off-season.

there was zero excuse to not win 2 out there. sorry. we all know we choked away game 3. then to not showup to beat a so called worn out bullpen? bad bad optics.
nobody wants to hear we actually shoulda swept them.
continue letting them off the mat. but yeah even with a choke game. you should finish them in 5
fried versus bullpen? and you lose?? no excuse. the so called top guy on the staff has to show up and dominate in chances like this.

This is a brutal loss because everything was set up so perfectly. I don't know what was wrong with Fried, but if he's tipping, they need to figure that shite out quickly unless he needs to come out of the pen on Sunday.
