That's gotta stand as an out, which means they'll probably give him a ground rule double.

What a play

Crazy play...now they're saying it was a hit?

Soto's out for passing the runner

They just said it's an out, not due to catch, but b/c the batter ran past the baserunner. How the frick they consider that a single is beyond me. It clearly NEVER hit the wall.

I <3 Johan Comargo who, as I was advised by many of the stat-robots in this forum, will never be anything but a AAAA player.

He was awful the other night as well. Needs 70+ command to be effective with that FB

I wasn’t too excited about his start either but everybody kept saying “the rain this, the rain that” which is plausible I guess. Today is just tater city so far.

His approach is drastically different than it was coming up (and even last year) and he’s gained about 40-50 pounds.

Let’s not act like “stat-robots” are the only ones who missed on him. He wasn’t on a single Braves top 30 prospect list at any point which is heavily influenced by scouts.

Allard will get sent down after today and I think Touki will be the next AAA pitcher to get a start

Nothing but BP for the Nats...not sure if you don't just let Allard stay out there and take his lumps with a 1st game of a doubleheader.
