Holy shite. That pitch was way out and Riley has no confidence to challenge.

braves finally scored 3 runs in a AB for just the 3rd time in the last 104 innings - did it against the mets once and the d-bags once - now vs the twins -

I believe it's also like the 7th time they've actually score 2 or more in those same 104 innings -

Listened to the first half of the game in the truck. Ben does a great job on Braves radio.
Time to hit AJ.

MLB teams with a winning road record -

LAD +14
NYY +11
MIL +10
BOS +10
CHC +9
PHI +7
TB +5
STL +5
ATL +2
HOU +1

we'll be off this list by the time we get back home -

kinda fitting the last game of this road trip is on a little league field - it's the level of play right now for the Braves -

What sucks is that these swoons aren't even because of underperformance.

This roster was littered with dudes who we all knew it was only a matter of time before they regressed to their means.

The sad part is that you can go back to the offseason thread when the two major moves we made were for Yaz and Dubon, and we all saw this coming. How did AA not?

That's the problem.

When the Pirates left town the first weekend in June, we were 45-21. We’ve gone 29-32 since. Yet AA saw no need to address the glaring issues in any serious manner at the deadline.

As a team, the Braves have a 99 OPS+ for the season. That's worse than 2024 (100) and 2025 (101).

This season feels like a repeat of 2024, but AA won't be able to fall back on injuries this time (even though anyone paying attention in 2024 could see that there was so much more at play than injuries).

Go Phillies frick the Braves. I am done with these bunch of pussies

See ya and good riddance. You were just a bandwagon fan. A true fan supports the team thru thick and thin and would never support a division rival. What a loser.

I have been a Braves fan since 1957. Is that long enough for you? You obviously don't know what frustration looks like. Anyway I could give 2 shots about what you think so GTFOOMF and continue to watch OUR lead melt away

Will do. And I’ll be at the games supporting the Braves. And if they falter,I’ll support them anyways because I’m a Braves fan. Not a dic wad like you.

The Braves are still in first place in the NL East by more than just a few games.

Lead might as well be 1 instead of 4.5, 2 series with the Brewers and Dodgers coming right up. Not even an off day to feel bad about ourselves, got a one-off makeup in Chicago.

The death is inevitable at least it won’t be a surprise.

Can’t wait to see Misiorowski fan 12 Braves

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if we win that game and then the usual posters will chastise everyone else for being negative about the team, ignoring the fact that it will be our 3rd or 4th win in 10 games.

Yeah but when I look around the league I see MANY of the "good" teams going through some huge slumps and losing streaks.

Seems like it's happening to everybody.

The Braves caught this "bug" later than the other "good" teams. I guess that's why it looks bad.
