People will probably flame away, but the Braves’ MO for more than 30 years has been to prioritize the regular season, but they pay off the big trophy on the postseason, and IMO the Phillies (and the Rangers for that matter) are better assembled for short postseason series than the long haul of 162 games.

At least they won’t get to celebrate on our field like we did on theirs in an absolutely meaningless win. We’ll no doubt hear and see about it though when they clinch Wednesday. What an absolute abortion of a team this turned into the last month+.
