You can't let a team like the Dodgers off the hook. We're throwing nobodies at them tomorrow, so it'll be 2-2 with another game in L.A. to follow.

Any long time Braves fan not panicking right now, has not been a fan very long.

Not so much panic as I am resigned to what's about to happen.
When Pollock got that ground ball through (why weren't we at double play depth with a runner on 1st?) and I realized Bellinger was next up to face Luke, I think at that point I knew there was a better chance that he'd hit a HR than Luke getting him out.

My dad and I were watching together tonight, and we were saying after that 7th that Matzek had better be back out for the 8th, because when you have a chance to go up 3-0, you don't save your best reliever for a hypothetical lead that you might not have the next day. You put your foot on their throat right there. Matzek is our best reliever, and he's been in a groove. They took him out too soon Saturday night and it backfired. When I saw Jackson come out, anyway, I almost expected to lose.
It has become so predictable how this team finds a way to blow it against the Dodgers.
And why did they set up on the outside corner on Bellenger? Everyone knows that if you pitch him up and in, he CANNOT hit it, and he rarely lays off. That has been the book on him for two years, and he hasn't made the adjustment. So they get ahead and decide to go AWAY. He missed up, but that wasn't the mistake. The mistake was letting him get his hands extended. Horrible managing and pitch selection.

Luke Jackson has been one of our best relievers this season. It was fricking stupid to get him anything he could turn on when he was trying to launch something. It sucks because the series was over if we would’ve held on. I fully expect this series to be tied 2-2 with Max having to win game 5 for us to go to the World Series. We can’t go to Atlanta down in this series. I can’t help to think we lost this series tonight a lot like game 5 was last year.

It's either matzek or Smith comes in at the first sign of trouble. Snit is a terrible late innings coach. Same as last year.

Kent Mercker. I don't think our Braves will ever win a World Series with Snit. He overly manages in the playoffs. Leave Matzek in who's been cruising in the playoffs. This loss may have cost us the series. We'll see.

I'd rather them get swept than to do this or do what they did last year

That felt like a series changer.
