I think it a third pitch and a change of speeds is going to help him a ton with his pitch counts. He’s still going to be a strike out pitcher but you don’t have to be quite as pinpoint with 3 pitches which will hopefully induce some earlier, weak contact.

With regard to Kelenic, I am glad that Spring Training games do not count. From what I have seen, I am wondering if he is really pressing a lot, just doesn't have his head in it or if he is just not good enough to be in the bigs. Anybody got any hope for him to be a big contributor?

It sounds like they're trying to alter his swing mechanics and it takes some time to get used to it.

Well I wonder if "his swing will be altered" by the time June rolls around, If not lets get a decent AAA LF Bat up here (if we don't already have one on the roster)

Now I see Rosario has been signed by the Nationals. Why didn't we keep him instead of gambling on what's looking like a head case?
