Kirk Gibson? lol no. he was the MVP in 1988. Yes he was part of one of the more iconic plays in MLB history, but that is not all he was known for.

2 different types of answers to this thread IMO

you have the david tyree/steve gleason answer and then you have the kirk gibson/chris webber answer

basically, one memorable play from a less memorable player versus the one play everyone immediately thinks of when they hear the name
