Correct.

all 3 are solid top 15 programs

No. UF and Miami maybe. That's still a stretch. FSU, no way.

i would say the FSU leadership is much higher on the list of reasons why FSU is where it is but thats just me. funny how A&M had a "culture problem" under sumlin but now magically doesnt have one after only year one under jimbo. but jimbo is the sole reason that there is a "culture problem" at FSU a full year after he left? ok

I don’t think he publicly said it but it was reported by Schlabach

quote:

“In case that happens, I’m told FSU athletic director Stan Wilcox would like to land a minority coach if they needed a replacement. So keep an eye on Oregon’s Willie Taggart, former Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin, and South Florida’s Charlie Strong.”

Are you honestly acting like jimbo left that program in perfect shape and has no responsibility for the disaster it has become?

Look at his last 3 recruiting classes and answer your own question.

Not a stretch at all. UF and UM are both top 15 on CFDW. FSU is really close.

I think FSU is one of the 20ish programs in the country that can be a year in and year out dominating program. But like the rest of the schools on that list they need an outstanding head coach, very good athletic director, and quality coordinators (preferably at least one who is elite).

They seem to have none of those things - which ought to be a cautionary tale for fans who don't understand how bad things can get at a great program.

All three programs are pretty close. UM having more titles is what keeps them up

In 2016 Jimbo had players sign a letter promising they would try hard in games. Players dogged it in multiple games and he didn't do a damn thing to punish them. The program was sliding into the ditch under his watch

How is that? Have you paid any attention to what Miami has been the last 15 years?

I would always chuckle when fans would throw FSU and to an extent Miami on a list of all time great CFB programs.

They both have more of a claim to it than LSU.

Jimbo absolutely torched that program

He’s going to do it to A&M too, and I’m here for it.

Multiple coaches over multiple decades.

You know they had a football team before FSU admitted men right?

Of the three FSU is the lowest easily

So did Rutgers, are they a top 15 program?
