the only way this could be happening to a more deserving candidate is if it were jerry jones covering some shite up. that's probably the only other a-hole in the league I'd like to see gone more than ol' rog.

There has been several journalist bring up Bounty Gate. The yahoo sports topic about it had what seemed like a hundred references to the hypocrisy with Goodell and bounty gate and my FB feed is blown up about bounty gate now that Goodell is in this situation. I'm talking about people who don't like the saints also. This isn't just Saints fans bringing this up.

I disagree, it's such a difficult job that Goodell is the only human being on the planet capable of pulling it off. It would be impossible for the NFL to find a likable guy who would run the company for the meager wages they're willing to pay.

Yeah, it's hard to get a guy to do that job for only $44 million a year. How are you supposed to provide for your family with that kind of a salary? And you got to live in New York City, where everything is expensive and the taxes....

I don't like Goodell either, but he's working for the owners. Bountygate(?) is an abomination and that's what should frick him. But what did everyone think happened in that elevator? There are nfl players all over the league thanking God that they haven't been caught on video (or audio). We have to pull our heads out of the sand and realize this shite happens every day.
