He has 6-12 weeks left. No more treatment can help. Nursing care is in his house.

Just an awful thing. The guy is dying and there's nothing they can do. He'll be missed for sure.

Old friend that works at ESPN says poor Stu's probably got a month or two. The cancer's supposedly spread all over the poor guy. God bless him and his family. He gave it hell.

That's what I heard as well, apparently he went in for his six month CT scan and it was all over his spine and lungs.

I thought something was up when I saw this earlier on espn. He's put a hell of a fight for a long time.

I think it was discovered in 2007 during an emergency appendectomy.. He thought he had beaten it twice .. shite just kept coming back after the poor guy. I feel for his daughters too ..
