Who is defending Sterling in this thread?

bashing Heat players for making a a silent and harmless statement on the issue sure comes across as taking Sterling's side.

I don't condone his behavior or agree with his mindset, but if I had some stupid shite I spew in the privacy of my own home put on blast to the public, I'd be rather miffed.

No, its making fun of the Heat players for being dumb. What does turning their shirts inside out do?

i just find it odd that many on here want to rush to defend Sterling in this scenario. And it's not just this thread.

Most of the people 'defending' Sterling seem to confuse the issue and are scared that they could lose their livelihood for being recorded making racist statements. That's my takeaway.

They are taking it out of context that dude is a franchise owner in a 78% black league.

why would someone care enough to even comment about it unless they had some sort of agenda to defend the object of the protest?

okay

I don't like the Heat either and I think it's weird to bash them for this of all things.

pretty silly that there would be such a strong reaction against this. They want to show solidarity that's up to them. Why do y'all care? And furthermore why are so many on this board defending Donald Sterling?

I have to heartily agree with Draconian Sanctions.

First time those words have ever been typed by yours truly.

I really don't give a shite, but an act of solidarity and the attention this getting would lead me to believe Sterling bombed an all black orphanage or something.

Just seems contrived.

The brand new commissioner banned the longest tenured owner in the league for life today. Do you even context bro?

Its the MSB

I'd find a way to bash Lebron if he saved baby from a burning building then dropped a triple double in game 7 of the finals later that night.
