I’ll wait for Schefter confirmation, AB is so delusional he might not understand how trades become finalized.

nevada has no income tax. no idea on others stuff like property tax and the like

id want to wait on what the new deal looks like but getting AB for only a 3rd and 5th is amazing in a vacuum
