Totally self inflicted.
AB’s story is seriously tragic. You don’t go from just a stereotypical diva WR at worst to full-fledged lunatic naturally. The screws were knocked loose and in the absence of insane scientific advancements in brain science there’s nothing that can be done to bring him back

as a freshman in college, he got kicked off the FIU team before his freshman season started for getting into a fight with a security guard. He couldn't get into Florida St due to academics out of high school. He's always been a loser who happened to be a good athlete

Fun fact about Antonio Brown- His father is "Touchdown" Eddie Brown who played for Louisiana Tech in the late 80's/early 90's with Willie Roaf & then went onto star in the Arena League.
