I never once said Glen is scared. I simply point out he continues to vote for the split and an easier path

i dont think he is being douchey...i think he is being dense to think the coaches have some huge say in the way the principle votes

and he wasnt the one saying barbe was scared, that was some other douche bag

i was simply saying...barbe won nearly half the championships in the last 15 or so years before the split and essentially as many as everyone else combined and 4x as many as catholic and that they have continued on this pace after the split


to act like they are scared to play anyone is just stupid, especially considering they played img and the defending texas 6a champ just this year and consistently play the toughest schedule in the state year in and year out.

and lets not forget...they have owned catholic and West Monroe the last 2 decades, regular season and in the post season. hell they have owned everyone.

and lets not act like suddenly catholic and WM has passed jesuit either. Freaking sucks due to the posters here, im in here defending and pulling for jesuit :puke:

Barbe is possibly the best high school baseball program in the entire nation over the last 25 years. That’s why it’s frustrating as hell to see them vote for the split in a baseball only vote

lets say i get a promotion to BR area...should i not go check the schools before buying a house?

lets say im from a small town and Im thinking of moving to LC where we found a house we like...should the condition of the school, the facilities, the teams not factor into my decision? should i not go tour schools before making a huge financial decision?

i dunno if you realize how stupid what you said was. lets say in your case...you are looking for houses on the north shore, you currently live in mandeville and you find one in say in slidell of madisionville and you have never seen those HS before...would you not go take a tour and talk to admin/teachers/coaches/parents of current students?

not surprised though...this is the same board that accused barbe of recruiting the kid from cali...ignoring that he grew up in SLC, moved to cali when his mom was in the military and moved back after she was done.


here is an example of recruiting.....catholic goes and gets the kid out of the ghetto and gives him a full ride despite him not having good grades, never attended a catholic middle/elementary school.

Im ok with th that ftr. if a school doesnt want their students or student athletes to leave, they should provide better learning environment, better facilities, better coaching, better training. in other words...dont want your kids to leave...compete.
