I wasn't coming off as snarky to you but about her spending 8k a month on rent while making 200k. She doesn't come off as a mensa member but it wouldn't shock me if she was spending that on 200k a year.

She probably wouldn't have even been approved on her application. She either is making more than 200k, which is likely, or she's getting it subsidized from someone
