An outlandish idea to make MLB much more watchable

Allow batting lineups to change every inning. In other words, players can bat in any order every single inning, as determined by the manager.
Pros:
- More scoring (everyone likes more scoring)
- More at-bats for star players (I wanna watch Stanton, Trout, and Judge bat, not scrubs)
- Pitchers can bat 9th every inning so they only get plate appearances when a team bats around (no one wants to watch pitchers bat anyway)
- Higher level of competence required of managers (making them more closely manage offensive strategy and not just pitching, defense and situational base-running)
- Games can be shortened to 7 innings to offset longer duration causes by more scoring
Cons:
- Will never happen.

Just create a 7 man batting order. Eliminate the DH and make 7 fielders bat.

Why does everyone say this?
The best games I've ever seen have been WS pitching duels...where bunting the guy over or stealing a base to get in scoring position is a big play.
Gibson's Game 1 of the 1988 WS was 5-4...and 4 of those runs came on 1 swing of the bat by Canseco.
Game 7 of the 1991 WS was 4-3...with a pitching duel between Jack Morris and Smoltz.
