I'd have to at least put Rondo and Pierce on the Celtics bench.. With that being said Lakers all day long

It might make some sense, if you can get him in his prime. But, if you have to take him as he was when he actually played as a Celtic - yes, it's completely laughable.

This morning Cowherd said Shaq wouldn't even make the Lakers all-time team. Jabbar/Mikan

The only way the Celtics would win is if they had Lebron.

I'd take the Celtic greats over the Laker greats any day of the week.

Who is going to bet against a team with a front line of Russell Garnett and Bird?

are we talking all the players that ever played on these teams, past their primes and using them like they were younger ? karl malone at PF would be pretty sweet in his prime especially teamed up with Shaq. Also a younger Gary Payton on defense should be at least in consideration for a bench spot. Payton is widely considered one of the greatest of all time at that position.

At least? Pierce is the best pure scorer the Celts have ever had, yes better than Bird, and in big games Rondo is one of the greatest PGs ever. You would definitely want these 2 on your squad!

If that's the case, then the Laker's choices really increase. You know. Guys like Karl Malone are options then
