point is BOS doesnt have a post player to guard any of the great Laker centers. put 2 on the block, 1 in the high post/1 on block, it wouldnt really matter. the game would be won down there.

As great as it is, that line-up wouldn't make a whole lot of basketball sense. Going this dream team route - what's more interesting is what would be the best line-up for each squad regardless of personal greatness.
Magic needs the ball - either at point or passing out of center to his guards and forwards. Kobe is an isolationist and ball hog - Magic thrived with slashers or spot-up shooters. Baylor and Worthy are perfect for Magic along with West as his outside shooter. Magic has to be on the team - in fact, I would build it around him using Lakers greats - and I don't know where Kobe fits and I don't think Shaq fits with Magic's team (passing out of the post - blah) but obviously Kareem does and apparently Wilt would too as he became a passer later in his career.
