all of these anti USC, Texas, Notre Dame, etc posts make LSU fans seem Insecure

Every time I see these posts I feel like it's jealousy or something. We don't need to be jealous of any other school. Why should LSU fans care about the media is blowing these teams? We get plenty of media hype. Why do LSU fans care about Oregon's uniforms and lack of tradition, among many other things? Also, the A&M and Mizzou jokes are lame. I just don't understand why some posters feel the need to belittle other schools, it makes LSU fans look bad.

Well making fun of Texas and the Aggies will never get old; I don't get the USC bashing. 2003 was a long time ago and they aren't rivals.

What was the purpose of this thread? To show how little you know about college football? This is the MSB, this is where the board talks about sports that don't involve SEC schools. Also, it's not only LSU fans you blue waffle. Oh and frick Michigan

USC, Texas & Notre Dame are all-time great programs. Everyone bashes on them and that is par for the course. Picking on A&M is just mean. Since teams have been wearing facemasks, they are a nothing program. The battle has already been won. There is no need to bash the aggies. They just might beat LaTech and put you guys in your place!

I've never understood the whining about some commentator saying some team outside the SEC will be good. If it really offends you to hear about other teams, then just watch local shows. Everyone agrees the SEC is the best conference overall, but SECtards think everyone outside the SEC sucks, the rest of the world realizes that's not true, but the SECtards can't handle that.

Notre Dame - they have not been relevant to college football is almost decades now. Yet we have to hear how they are a top 25 team on the rise.
Texas - its our neighboring state and their fans are arrogant too. Everything is bigger in Texas, don't mess with Texas...blah blah blah. It just gets old and annoying.
USC - once a power house but now out of a conference who has no BCS titles. No team has seen a BCS title out of their conference but USC. They usually have one conference game a year to circle and that's Oregon this year. They tend to lose to unranked team during the season (ie Oregon State, Oregon State and Washington) yet we should still consider them legit. Lastly they have the easiest road to the BCS title game and for playing who?

Ridiculous, USC is still a contender. Who cares if they have a weaker conference, did that make their 55-19 beatdown of Oklahoma somehow less legitimate? They are going to be very, very good this year. I seem to recall LSU having lost to unranked teams in the last several years.

agree. by the way, don't go to a tejas board if you think belittling others is bad. they belittle EVERYONE except their awesome and perfect selves.
to be fair tho, most of the time the fans doing this are teenagers and ate up with ignorance about others.
