and the program has a bunch of five stars in it right now. this was supposed to be the year that alford once again saved his job with a strong roster in a weaker pac 12. instead we got blown out by liberty the other night

Maybe other conferences should learn to run and win track and field or learn to swim or learn to play golf or go to Wimbledon. Why do Southern conferences suck so bad at golf and tennis?
You have country clubs in South Carolina and Georgia, right? I heard people played golf in Georgia once a year.

Now they are loaded with ACTUAL talent, free of the Balls, and can hire a good coach. They’re far better off.

The SEC has five in the NCAA Top 10 in both Track and Swimming. And it was pointed out multiple times we are very good at golf. The PAC 10 is winning in sports like water polo and other obscure sports where the total number of teams competing nationally provides an increased favoritism for them to win regularly.
