I think the suspension is overboard but it's to ensure he has absolutely zero shot at the all time home run crown, not that he was gonna get there IMO but this cements it if true

Gayrod told reporters that he refused to negotiate with mlb and selig WHILE his lawyers were negotiating with mlb. In turn selig said gfy. I just want this to be over already.
