Parker would have won it. His dagger in Game 6 is still pretty unforgettable.

Haven't been able to post much because of dealings with work and actually going to the games in SA...but here are my thoughts.
I've never seen a team turn the ball over and shoot as poorly throughout a series as the Spurs, yet win two road games to be up 3-2. It's impressive.
Marco and Boris came up huge last night.
I think Kawhi responds to play well in Game 6.
Parker's attacking of the rim is a plus.
The question mark remains Green. I thought his all around game had improved to where being chased off the three point line wouldn't be a huge issue...but right now I am wrong. I think this is a mental thing. That said, he got a few to fall yesterday.
I think the Spurs close out at home.
Do we see more minutes from Mills? This guy is feeling it...

If we get pass LA, we might have to grab a beer at the ATT center because I am for sure going to either game 3 or 4 against Houston.

I am down for a beer.
A series against Houston would require my consumption to go up a bit...
...it scares me to see Dwight actually giving a crap.

Green deserved it that year. He was a cheat code for the whole playoffs.
Until he started going cold in 3 of the last 4 games in the finals.

Yeah but if Game 7 doesn't happen. That's just 2 out 3.

Did anyone else notice that they ran the ball through Kawhi in the last two minutes last night? They are finally trying to make him the finisher in crunch time.
He did a good job of finding a wide open Green in the corner which would have been a dagger but Green messed it up

With Parker playing like he is, the Spurs definitely need to have a guy to be the man in crunch time. The tried Duncan earlier in this series, and that didn't work too well (although he is still clutch defensively). If the Spurs are going to win another title, Kawhi will have to be the man.

When's game one gonna be if Spurs win in 6? Wat about if it goes 7?
Posted on 4/29/15 at 2:59 pm to SwaggerCopter
Yep, he is our MVP now and I think he's starting to adjust to that role.

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be Monday either way

One of my friends just had some face value tickets he got for Game 1 from a Rockets employee. And he said Monday. I assume that would be the case if the series ends in 6.

I don't know about that. I think the Spurs do a much better job than most teams of just running good plays in crunch time. I'd take that look Danny Green got last night every time instead of a forced one on one match up like you see sometimes with superstars.

Leonard was the guy who got Green open. I don't care what people say. You want players who want to make things happen late. During a game, if a play doesn't work, you just pull it back out or take a bad shot. You can't afford a bad shot in crunch time. I've watched Parker kill teams late so many times with his drives. Seems like he either kills you with a floater or makes a great pass to an open shooter.

Went to bed super early last night, but glad the guys came out with a win. Hopefully they come out ready to play in Game 6 unlike Game 4.

That look that Green got was ridiculously wide open.

Green is like a golfer with the yips at this point.

Gotta finish them right here. Send 'em back to LA all by themselves.
