Serious question, are the owners and Goodell retarded?
This is so simple. Play the anthem with the players in the locker room. It’s so simple, it’s amazing they haven’t done this
Fans get the anthem, and players don’t have to see the flag that oppresses them. Everybody is happy

Even if a franchise wanted to cut one of these big name players that are speaking out, they would never do it because of the backlash.
Personally I would prefer not to see anyone kneel, but am fully expecting the NFL to keep doing the anthem the same way they have, and have the majority of players kneeling.

It won’t matter, we will be so starved for sports and distractions by September that they could burn the flag and hang Trump in effigy pregame and we’d still watch.
