Here's a good read on this

Bottom line is that unless you are an OCD killer, you're going to make "stupid mistakes" in a murder.

How do most people in Boston feel about hispanics? Their dislike of blacks is pretty well documented. I assume they show equal dislike for all minorities. If so, a jury is going to show this guy no sympathy.

Aaron #Hernandez is probed in two more murders, law enforcement officials say

Maria Cramer ?@GlobeMCramer 1h

Hernandez's alleged victim, Odin Lloyd, may have had information about that double killings, officials tell us. Potential motive.

Here is how I think about it. If you kill somebody in a blind rage, the punishment will be less but you're more than likely gonna get caught.

If you kill somebody and it's premeditated, you're less likely to get caught, but if you do, you're toast.

My murder would be ridiculously and meticulously premeditated. I'm putting all my eggs in the "not gonna get caught basket". I'd plan out my murder like Edward Pierce planned his Great Train Robbery.

Is this attorney arguing for a HOF induction or an opportunity for bail?

The lawyers don't have much to work with. They have to argue something.

Yeah... This case might actually be indefensible. Hernandez is so fricked. If he gets away with this, I will have lost all faith in the American system.
