GT just signed its first ever 5 star player since the ratings began. That would not have happened 3 years ago because Clemson, UGA, or Bama would have offered him a bag which would have trumped our pitch of academics.

This idea that only the powerful schools will buy big time players is simply wrong. The power teams are not nearly as powerful and the mid level teams are picking off 4 stars in recruiting like crazy. We’ll finally have parity which is why most of you are screaming about. The days of having 6 guaranteed wins in the schedule are over.
