My two pet peeves:
1. It’s entirely stat based so scrubs from the 80s are more valuable than actual good players from the 90s etc
2. You can get a really good player but from the wrong decade, I had Bird but 90s bird and Giannis but 10s Giannis

The trick is to stay in the modern eras for that, as modern rosters are bigger and change so much throughout the season that there are a good number of guys who average 0 ppg.
