I once produced a shoot with Wade Boggs. Our director was first to the hotel but waited for Wade to arrive and after checking in Wade said he wanted to grab a beer before going to his room, so he went to the hotel bar and the director put down his card for the tab, then ran up to his room to drop off his bags.
He was gone 5-10 minutes. When he got back downstairs Wade was finishing up his beer and ready to go to his room, he thanked the director for the drink and they made plans to meet up in 30 minutes to go to dinner.
The bartender brought the bill. There were 13 beers charged to his card. In less than 10 minutes. Good to see Wade is looking good and loving life. Just an absolute legend.

Either he still works out constantly or he has great genetics to look decent with as much beer as he drinks.

He fished on a buddy's boat in Costa Rica a couple seasons ago.
I told him the Margo Adams story and he was unaware. Said they were making new memories.
