Were they really that worried about another organization out bidding them for his talents?

Could they not find someone else who could do just as good of a job for $100 million?

I mean, surely they could find someone else and they could save a hundred million dollars.

I just don't get it.

Obviously not. I’ve never had a real problem with roger. But that’s probably bc I’m not a fan of any teams as much as I am a fan of th league as whole. I think most don’t realise that everything he does every decision he makes is on behalf of the owners that he works for. So any anger/criticism directed at him personally is misguided and why he is making the money that he is.

That's not bad. With the way ratings are going, he won't be getting all those incentives.

Let the ‘adults’ boohoo and say how much he sucks. Meanwhile some of the most successful people in the world are choosing HIM to represent them. How about using a little common sense and seeing that the people who he works for think he’s doing a pretty solid job.

He’s a puppet for the owners. As long as he’s taking the fall for a lot of bullshite and keeping unwanted press off the owners, he is doing a good job for them. It’s laughable that anyone expects anything different from any other talking head that would become commissioner.
