Yes it does

The only way he wouldn’t have got it is if he was holding the ball on his back hip

The other video angle shows the ball his being held in his chest

No, it doesn’t.

Or his right arm.

Which side of his chest? I legitimately cannot tell if his chest is over the line.

No replay I saw was enough to overturn the call. Had it been a 1st down it wouldn’t have gotten overturned either.

How the black ref over rules the white ref on that play makes ZERO sense

This is where the game was lost and it was on the Bills' coaching staff for rushing to 4th down sneek and not waiting to see replay/challenge play.
except that's literally on the refs for fricking up twice in a row. Along with the NFL continuing to have a system where some mid 50s fat frick runs across to mark the ball by eyesight when we have the best technology we've ever had in human history. It's almost like it's deliberate.

The fact that the NFL protects them just makes it more suspect

“I don’t know if he got this (I think he did)”

No one can say for sure if he got over the line. That’s why the call stood. Be mad that it was marked short all you want, but there definitely wasn’t enough to overturn it.

I’m not going to say anyone who thinks he got the 1st is wrong, because no one knows if he did or not.

Seemed like a pretty mild miss if it was even a miss TBF

Neither of them are clear. Looks like he may have gotten it. Maybe, but I still don’t think he did.

Again, not enough to overturn either way.

They got it on 3rd down. Should have never had to worry about 4th down call.

Exactly. Yet that ref who had the same angle as you called him short. That’s why the whole thing is laughable

And then they use his spot (which you admitted he can’t see the ball) as the “play stands” call with replay

I’ve said for years that relying on middle aged men’s eyeballs to make calls in a game that is moving entirely too fast for them is ridiculous.

This is no different.

As that picture shows, the referee at the top had a much better view. And he came running in showing that the ball was at least a foot over the line to gain. The referee at the bottom had his view blocked by Josh Allen because of the way he was turned. Because of that, the ref at the top should’ve been the one who made the call. In my mind, he was clearly over.

ETA: The official at the bottom should be reprimanded simply because he had no f*cking business even attempting to spot the ball because there’s no f*cking way he actually saw where the ball went given that his view was completely blocked by both Kansas City Chiefs players and Josh Allen’s body. I wonder if he’s related to Tim Donaghy.

It is clear. You see him holding the football and then you see him go forward. The ball is behind the Chiefs play's head. Look where his head is compared to the line.

Can you explain why the ref at the top who actually has view of the ball was overruled by the ref at the bottom who doesn’t have a view of the ball?

My only issue is that He couldve gotten quite a few 1st by just sneaking it regularly. No need to step back to his left everytime. LG and LT was getting no push

A bigger issue than that is he just stood straight up every time he snuck the ball. You’ve essentially gotta put your head on your linemen’s arse and drive forward. Yes I know how that reads but idk how else to describe it.

Nope, and again, I’m not arguing that they didn’t get it. I’m just saying nothing that I’ve seen shows that they did get it.
